Changed your mind (14 days)

You can return goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving them. Write to info@ilzebaltic.lv (order number and which items you return) and send the goods back within 14 days. You may inspect and try the goods as in a shop; the original packaging is not required — you are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check them. You bear the cost of sending the goods back: a DPD parcel collected from home costs about €10–15; large items (an unpacked mattress, a bed) we collect by freight transport, estimated at up to €60 — we tell you the exact cost in advance. We refund the money, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal (we may wait until we get the goods back). Goods made to your individual measurements cannot be returned. Defective goods

All goods have a 2-year legal guarantee. Send the order number, a description of the defect and photos to info@ilzebaltic.lv. We will repair or replace the item free of charge or, if that is impossible, reduce the price or refund you. We bear the shipping costs for defective goods.
